Nextup-IT ("we") makes Windows software for companies. This policy explains what personal data we collect on nextup-it.com and through our apps, why, and your rights under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
- Your account: email address, name, company, mobile number and city (optional), the date you accepted this policy, and your language.
- Sign-in: one-time sign-in codes (stored only in scrambled form, deleted after a day) and a session cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days.
- Downloads: which setup file you downloaded, when, and your internet address and country.
- Support requests: what you write to us and any screenshot you attach.
- Licence checks from our apps: the licence ID, a PC code made by the app, the computer name, the company name typed in the app, the app version, the internet address and country. Your business data in the apps (customers, bookings, vehicles, stock, bills) stays on your own computers and is never sent to us.
Why we use it
- To give you your account, downloads, licences and support.
- To check that licences are used as agreed and to stop copied keys.
- To contact you about your account, licence renewals and important updates. We do not send advertising without your separate consent.
Who sees it
Only Nextup-IT. We do not sell or rent personal data. We use these service providers to run the website: Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage) and Resend (sending sign-in and support emails). They process the data only for us. Data may be stored on their servers outside Saudi Arabia, with appropriate protection.
How long we keep it
Account data stays while you have an account. Sign-in codes are deleted after a day; sessions end after 30 days or when you sign out. Licence and download records are kept as long as needed for licensing and our accounts.
Your rights
You can see and correct your details on My account, and delete your account there (Profile › Delete my account). You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or to stop contacting you, at [email protected]. You may complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
Cookies
We use one necessary cookie (nx_session) to keep you signed in. Your language choice is remembered in your browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
