IT management for your LAN

Nextup-IT Admin + Client

An Admin console for the IT team and a small Client on every employee PC. See every computer, fix problems remotely, deploy software, check security and keep printing running, without walking to anyone's desk.

  • Remote PC tools. Services, running programs, startup apps and drivers; SFC, DISM, network reset, flush DNS and print spooler restart, with live output.
  • Inventory. Model, serial, CPU, RAM, disks and monitors for every PC, plus every installed program, with a history of what changed.
  • Software deployment. Install from the winget catalog or your own .msi and .exe files on many PCs at once, and watch each job's status.
  • Security score. 18 checks per PC, including Defender, firewall, BitLocker, SMB1, Remote Desktop and local administrators, with fixes you can apply.
  • Monitoring and alerts. CPU, memory, disks and uptime every minute, with an alert when a problem lasts 10 minutes.
  • Tickets, printing and reports. Employees send requests with a screenshot, print to a shared printer through the Client, and you get 8 IT reports, user roles and an audit log.

The employee approves every change on their PC. Windows passwords are never stored or tried. Clients connect to the Admin over an encrypted connection that checks the Admin's certificate.

Vehicles, drivers and trips

Nextup-IT Fleet

Know which car is where, who has it and when it's due back. Bookings can't clash, an expired registration, insurance or driving licence blocks the trip, and services are planned before they're overdue.

  • Check-out and check-in. Odometer, fuel level and condition notes; damage on return can open a repair work order.
  • Trip schedule. A timeline per car showing what's out now, late, booked or in the workshop. Click an empty slot to book it.
  • Airport runs. Departures and arrivals with flight numbers and several passengers, plus a Trip Pass you can send by WhatsApp or print.
  • Documents and expiry. Vehicle registration, insurance, inspection, operating permits, staff IDs and driving licences, with warnings before they expire.
  • Maintenance and costs. Work orders, service plans by distance or months, fuel consumption in L/100 km, tolls, fines and other expenses.
  • Reports. Fleet summary, vehicle usage, driver activity, fuel, maintenance, expenses, documents and trip log.

Office supplies and stock

Nextup-IT Supplies

Every item on every shelf, and every department's monthly sheet, signed and scanned. Stock only changes through recorded movements, so the numbers always add up.

  • Items and stock. Unit, shelf, minimum level, average price and stock value, with corrections that need a reason.
  • Monthly distribution. Each department's sheet for the month, printed with signature boxes, then scanned back and kept with the month.
  • Requests and applications. Departments ask, you issue all or part, and each application number gets its own signed sheet.
  • Old records from Excel. Import your registers, including Arabic headings, Arabic-Indic digits and month names. Old records never change today's stock.
  • Purchasing. Deliveries with or without a purchase order, VAT at your own rate, a reorder list, and stock counts where only the differences are posted.
  • Three languages. English, Arabic and Chinese on screen and in printed sheets, with right-to-left layout for Arabic.

Company SIM lines and bills

Nextup-IT SIM

Every company line with its user, plan and group. Enter the month's bills, see who went over the limit, and send the operator a ready change request.

  • Lines by group. Managers, office staff, drivers, labour or your own groups, each with a usual plan and a monthly limit per line.
  • Monthly bills. Type each bill and press Enter for the next; VAT at your own rate, credits and refunds, and Over limit or Near limit flags.
  • Give and return SIMs. Who has which SIM, spare SIMs ready to give, and a full history for every line.
  • Requests to the operator. Upgrade, downgrade, suspend, terminate or reactivate: a ready email draft in Outlook with an Excel list attached. You check it and press Send.
  • Your existing sheets. Import your monthly Excel sheet as it is. Numbers match however they are written, in local or international format.
  • Reports. Monthly bills, cost by group, department, operator and plan, over the limit, the line register and who has which SIM.

Issue and track air tickets for your customers. Paste the booking from the GDS, print the e-ticket and invoice in English or Arabic, take payments, and handle refunds and reissues without spreadsheets.

  • Paste from GDS. Copy the PNR from Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo: names, flights, ticket numbers, fares and baggage are filled in, and every detail is checked before you use it.
  • E-tickets and invoices. In English, Arabic or both, with your logo. Print, save as PDF or email in one click; invoices and credit notes are numbered by themselves.
  • Flight status and WhatsApp. Check any flight leaving soon in one click and send the passenger the new time on WhatsApp from your PC.
  • Payments, refunds and reissues. Receipts, customer and supplier balances, and change and refund fees taken from the fare rules.
  • The whole office together. One PC keeps the data and every agent works on the same bookings, also from home over your VPN.
  • Reports. Sales and profit by airline, agent and customer, statements, VAT, refunds and reissues, upcoming departures and passport expiry.
